Login issue Troubleshooting

In order to login to XenU, you must registered (Click here to Register!) an account with XenU.

  1. Go to Login
  2. When logging into the XenU platform you must:
    • Enter a valid email id with no spaces or additional characters and it must be the email id that you used to register to this platform
    • Enter the password that you created upon sign up to the platform
  3. Click on Login. Upon successfully logging in, go to the My courses page via the avatar drop down.
  4. Once being in your My Courses dashboard you will see a course tile for your enrolled course.
  5. IF the course date has already begun; Click on the Go to course button to access your course materials.
  6. IF your course has not yet started, you will need to wait for your course start to arrive before you can access your course materials.

If you are having login troubles, the first step is to make sure, you are using the email id and password you have used to register/sign up to XenU.

  1. Double check that you are entering an email id not the username you entered at sign up. You will not be able to log into the platform if you are entering your username or student number. You must enter the valid email id you registered at signup.
  2. If the email id is correct and you think the password might be incorrect, please try the Forgot password link at the bottom to reset your password.
    • Upon successful password reset, try logging in again with the same email id and new password.
  3. If any trouble in logging in further, please contact support xenu-support@crystaldelta.com

As a registered user, if you attempt to login with incorrect email id and password more than 6 times, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 mins.

  1. If you see the Your account temporarily locked error message.
  2. Wait for 5 mins, if you remember your correct email id and password please retry again. Or if you are unsure of your password details, please click on Forgot Password link at the bottom of the login box.
  3. If you decide to try again one more time after 5 mins of waiting, you can. But again if you make one incorrect attempt, your account will be locked straight away. Although you can unlock your account via Forgot Password link anytime.
  4. Clicking on Forgot Password link, a pop up window appears, asking for your registered email id. Enter your registered email id and press Reset My Password button, to receive the Password Reset email. [note- If you have given invalid or unregistered email id , you will not be able to receive the email to reset your password.]
  5. Check your email inbox for Password reset on XenU Online email.
  6. Click on the Reset My Password button/link in the email. You will be redirected to a page, wherein you can reset your new password for your registered account.
  7. Upon, successfully resetting password, log in with your correct email id and new password.
  8. If any trouble in logging in further, please contact support xenu-support@crystaldelta.com

Many of our courses are geared toward beginners and no prior knowledge of a subject is required. If a course has suggested pre-requisites, they are shown on the individual course details page.

You will need to have your own computer (either a laptop or desktop) or access to a computer whilst at work to complete your learning activities.

You’ll also need access to high-speed internet (wired Ethernet connection is strongly recommended) and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you feel comfortable focusing, preferably in a private room.

As a signed-up user, when you login to the platform, you will be redirected to the My Courses dashboard page (alternatively, you can access this page via Avatar drop down menu on the top right corner of the page), wherein

  • If you could see a course tile, that certainly means you are enrolled in the course. (Note: you can access the course materials from here once the course started)
  • If you could see a message saying You are not enrolled in any courses yet that means you haven’t enrolled in any course in XenU platform. You can click on Explorer Courses to check on any upcoming courses available, if any.

Billing and Payment Options

We accept payment online via debit & credit card – all you need to do is follow the prompts when you enrol in a course.

A learner can request a full refund up to 5 days after a course commences.

Learners requesting a refund after the 5-day limit will need to apply for special consideration in writing, with a decision to be made by contacting the learner support team XenU.

Requests for refunds are to be made through the xenu-support@crystaldelta.com.

All courses and bundles purchased at a discount rate will be refunded at the discounted rate.

Study Outcomes

After completing an XenU course, you will earn an XenU certificate and credential which can be validated, recognised and shared on social media platforms.
